Dental Fee Plan is a flexible monthly payment option offered through Dental Center. It is specifically designed for cosmetic dentistry and related specialties – with payments as low as $69 per month.

CASH OR CHECK A prepayment courtesy of 5% is given for payment at least one week prior to treatment. Our practice accepts personal, certified checks and business checks.

Our practice will be happy to assist you in determining whether your insurance company will cover your dentistry. If your company does provide a benefit, our team will be happy to assist in filing your claim. Please feel free to contact our practice to discuss any of the options listed above

APPOINTMENT POLICY

An appointment is an agreement between you and our office. Extended, well planned appointments usually mean fewer trips to the office. It is very important to understand that this time is set aside specifically for you and that appointments should be made only at times when they can definitely be kept. Our part calls for us to reserve doctor, staff and office time for you. We also understand that your schedule can change, making it necessary to change the date of your appointment. Please allow at least 48 hours to let us know of the change since changes in appointments affect other patients as well as our staff. When an appointment is cancelled without a 48 hour notice, a patient who needed that time cannot be seen. Although we have patients standing by to come in, it is a challenge for them to come in on short notice. We regret that we must assess a charge for failed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. The fee will be charged according to the length of the appointment that was missed. It is your responsibility to keep all appointments. If you cannot keep a designated appointment time, please give the office a 48 hour notice. Missed appointments are subject to a $50.00 charge; One Day Express Appointments are subject to a $500.00 charge; Appointments with specialists that require over 1 hour of reserved time are subject to a $100.00 charge.

APPOINTMENTS THAT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT

The dental appointments for your care involve a responsibility for both Doctor and Patient.

  • Please be advised that appointments that are reserved for one hour or more will require a $50.00 deposit.
  • When reserving an appointment for three or more family members in one day, those appointments will also require a $50.00 deposit.
  • Any appointment scheduled for Philips ZOOM Whitening will require a $50.00 deposit.
  • Appointments for treatments totaling more than $1,000.00 will require a 10% deposit.
COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATIONS

Dr. Wolfson offers complimentary consultations, charging neither for his time nor for his 40 years of experience. However, there may be a charge for x-rays or treatment performed the same day. As a courtesy to our doctors, staff, and moreover to our other patients, please provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS

We try to appoint emergencies as soon as possible. and keep time available each day, to schedule patients who are in pain. Your comfort is our main concern.
