Dr. Prashant Sukhani is an Endodontist specializing in Root Canal Treatment.

Dr. Sukhani was born in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Dr. Sukhani graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Illinois at Chicago, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and was awarded Community Honors for being president of the University City Health Coalition in Philadelphia.

Dr. Sukhani completed a General Practice Residency at NYU Langone Hospital Brooklyn, as well as a second year as chief resident at General Practice Residency at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. He then returned to NYU Langone Hospital Brooklyn for his Endodontic Specialty training.

Dr. Sukhani’s primary goal is creating a comfortable environment for his patients.

Dr. Sukhani is a member of the American Association of Endodontics and Second District Dental Society, and has a part time faculty appointment at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where he is actively involved in teaching.

In his free time, he enjoys tennis, travel, and returning to the US Virgin Islands to provide endodontic care to the underserved, who lack routine access to dental care.
